Mr. Fabio Cordella will give a presentation that will explore the wines of Salento (IGP), located in the southern Italian wine region of Puglia. Explore some of Fabio Cordella Cantine’s wines with a presentation and tasting.

Roussillon is a unique French wine region surrounded by the Pyrenees Mountains and the Mediterranean sea, nested between France and Spain. In this class, you will discover the region’s patchwork of terroirs and typical local grapes, producing 7 families of AOP wines – the highest density of AOP in France. Roussillon’s treasure is its Fortified Sweet Wines (Vins Doux Naturels), but the region produces all types of wines, including red, white, rosé, dry, sparkling and Fortified Sweet Wines. The presentation will be followed by a tasting of three wines: two dry (white and red), and one Fortified Sweet Wine.

Attendees of this master class – hosted by Mr. Minyoung Yoo, the Ambassador for Beaujolais wines to Asia – will discover the wines of Beaujolais by learning about the region’s principle grape variety, the terroir, and the 10 Crus of Beaujolais.
